Patrick J. Silvia
Born in Newport, Rhode Island on a 500-acre potato farm. Licensed U.S. Coast Guard ship captain and adventurer extraordinaire who has piloted ships, tugs, tour boats, and yachts in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, through Europe and South Africa, as well as through various ports in South America and the Far East. He is our most experienced sampler of cuisine from around the world. Became commodities broker in 1997. Now canvasses national markets for attractive franchise opportunities. Joined National Restaurant Brokers in 1997.
Graduate of Palomar College with Associate Degree in Health. San Diego, California.
