FormsBuyer/Lessee Confidentiality AgreementIf you are looking to buy a restaurant business or lease restaurant property, as we're sure you can understand, everything we do must be kept strictly confidential. Accordingly, once you have identified one or more targets from our database, and you would then like to gather more detailed information on those targets, for each target, please print the Confidentiality Agreement you will find below. Please read and understand the document and, if you agree with it, enter the ID number from the table in the appropriate box on the form, complete the information that identifies you, and sign it. We refer to a Confidentiality Agreement as a "CA", so if one of our brokers asks you about your CA on a particular target, you will know that they are asking you about your Confidentiality Agreement. We require a separate CA for each target, because we provide the seller or lessor with a copy of the CA, and each CA must be unique to that particular seller or lessor. After completing your CAs, please fax them to 404-303-7007, and the appropriate broker will then contact you, or further information will be emailed or faxed to you. If you would like our information faxed to you, and you would like to be present when it is faxed for purposes of confidentiality, please note this on your CA.
